Prices are for 2 persons and day, for every additional Person 15,00€ per day
As of 01.01.2014 we are required to collect a local visitor’s tax of 1.30 € per person and night for guests over 14 years of age.

Our conditions
Minimum stay
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of 2 persons.
Kids from 0 – 4 years stay with us gratis,
The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, bread service, Almencard/Almencard Plus and final cleaning.
Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.
Pets
For your four peg we charge 8 € per day (food is not included). Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Payment
Please pay cash on site.
Since December 6th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 1.999.99 in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
Deposit
We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 100 € per week has been paid.
Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment.
Arrival & Departure
On arrival day the apartment will ready for you at 14 clock, on departure day please leave your apartment not later than 10 clock. Other times are possible upon request.
Cancellation
We are looking forward to your visit. Until 3 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 3 months until 4 weeks we will keep the deposit.
